Customer satisfaction!!! I believe is the Mantra that has got maximum marks from the strategists. And New Ad of Vodafone, with punch line "HAPPY TO HELP" has really hit the bull’s eye. Its video is amazing, and its presentation is so powerful that it makes an impact. An innocent girl child is facing problems with her small things, from not finding socks, tie or fishin g net. And her beloved Hutch-puppy is there to help her out. The impact is powerful because of another reason, i.e. it is intuitive to the puppy that what his friend is missing or needs. Innocent face adds the flavor of natural emotions in the AD. And tag line what a customer is always looking for, and every Marketing strategist wants to convey to the sales person or any employee. "Helping" makes the things humane. and Feeling of being happy while helping mixes the feeling of "pleasure" in the service. Now a days, when customers are been harassed by the Customer care executive of the Telecom companies, this Ad is message to all that how to go about the customer care thing. But it will create more pressure on the Vodafone if it could not meet the highest level of customer satisfaction. As it happens with TATA Indicom, when people were facing Network Problem they instantly able to recall Tata Indicom ad ( Connection Problem ..."Switch to Tata Indicom"....all the best Vodafone!!!
